Website Content - All fees are based on the premise that you will provide your content to us in electronic format. Written materials may be provided to us in either the body of an email, Microsoft Word, WordPad or Notepad format (only). If you provide your content in the format of already-existing brochures, literature, or other advertising materials, and we have to convert the information into an electronic format, added  fees shall be incurred. Again, we will not routinely plan on editing your existing advertising materials or information without your specifically requesting the hiring of such editorial services up front. Any editing or changes should be performed by you prior to the submission of your materials. Additional fees will apply if we must convert printed materials into electronic format.

Image File Format - Generally speaking, the best file format to save an image as, is a high quality '.jpg'.  Most graphics editors will ask you to specify a quality setting which determines how much the program will compress the file; the greater the compression the poorer the quality of the photo. Each file should be sent as a stand-alone image type. (For example: music1.jpg) These files are easily sent as attachments to e-mail. Please do not embed photos in other types of documents such as Word, Wordperfect, Pagemaker, Quark, etc. It is difficult to 'un-embed' these images into a usable format and the quality of the image diminishes significantly.
