Terms and Responsibility

Client responsibility to provide:
-all text content in electronic format i.e. Word or Notepad. It should have been spellchecked
and no formatting required. Text content should be emailed to Amigo one page per email
with your name and page name in the emails “subject” field.
-logo and all photos/ graphics, if available. All photographs/ graphics/ logos are to be sent
via email or submitted on CD disc in JPEG format only. No PDF’s or MAC files please.
-all specifications for navigation/ architecture and meta/ keyword information.
-50% deposit of proposed budget upon acceptance of such budget, with balance due upon
completion or launch, unless otherwise negotiated with Amigo.
**Please Note: copy and graphic art services are available from Amigo if required.

Amigo Web Services responsibility to:
-meet all feasible deadlines and work to budget
-supply site map navigation/ architecture
-build a properly functioning, web marketable and aesthetically pleasing website
for fees agreed upon with the client.
-provide project management of the client text and graphic content.
-supply custom graphics, research and copy for the website if required.
-provide up to date web technology for the website’s purpose and budget.
-provide reliable web hosting, web applications and network administration
-provide mandatory marketing strategies to ensure the website’s findability on the Web.
-provide ongoing and reliable maintenance for the client’s site for fees agreed upon.
-provide up to a 20% discount on all services to non-profit organization.
-provide ongoing consultation and support if required.

TERMS- 50% of total budget is due upon acceptance of proposed budget. The remaining 50% is due upon the site’s launch, unless otherwise negotiated with Amigo. All ongoing maintenance updates after launch will be billed at $40.00 per hour unless otherwise negotiated between Amigo and the client. Amigo Web Services reserves the right to refuse any requests that would be considered in our opinion inappropriate use of the Web. All work is guaranteed to perform as required, granted that the client accepts Amigo’s recommendations on issues of design and functionality for the website. All quotes are good for 7 days upon issue date. *Please note: Amigo reserves the right to apply a 20% override for things not accounted for, or desired by  the client once building is underway.
